How much does a private ambulance cost?+
Rates are transparently listed at /en/pricing, starting from ~350 RON for local transport in Bucharest. The final price depends on case type, crew (B1 or B2), distance and equipment. Call for an exact quote.
Do you provide medical repatriation from abroad?+
Yes. We bring patients from anywhere in the EU, with our own ambulance or air escort by a doctor or nurse. Call for evaluation and pricing.
Are home care services reimbursed by the national health insurance?+
The reimbursement status is displayed on /en/authorizations and on every service page — if it shows "pending confirmation", please call for the current situation.
What's the difference between a private ambulance and 112?+
112 is for life-threatening emergencies. AmbuMed private ambulance is for scheduled inter-hospital transport, discharges, dialysis, chemotherapy, events, non-ambulatory patients or home consultations/treatments.
